Well we'll do step 2 on the off chance you will go back to step 1... OK, Step 2... Create a life system. A morning routine is an amazin gplace to start. Not the ice bath and run 10km before the sun comes up but doing something sustainable for you. The morning determines the whole day. Let me give you a huge life hack: Your morning starts the night before. Read that again. The day causes our cup (mind) to overflow with thoughts, ideas, concerns, and stories that repeat themselves over and over. Empty your cup before you go to bed. Let it all spill out so that your cup won’t continue overflowing throughout the night and stop you from sleeping. Your morning routine should look like this... Wake up and drink water. You are dehydrated from 8 hours of asleep. Dehydration is a simple reason many people have no energy. Your body is made up of a lot of water, so it makes sense to drink heaps. Overwhelm is the enemy of high-energy states that make you feel fired up. One idea changed it all: You get more done by doing less. When you do less, you amplify the productive energy in your life. The easiest way to subtract from your life is to keep a diary for a few days of every task you do. Once you have a list, mark all the tasks that add no value to your life. Mark the tasks that can be outsourced. Mark the tasks that will take time to remove. What remains at the end of this exercise is everything you should be doing. Now set up your calendar around these tasks. One of the best things to do is to set appointments with yourself. Transformation that produces high-energy states requires time. To increase the energy of the tasks you care about, you must decrease the variety of the tasks you take on. Where focus goes energy flows, Tony Robbins said that.
